Loss of air ticket
The loss of the ticket or portion thereof will not prevent the passenger from boarding the flight, as long as support exists.

In the event of a delay attributable to the airline, the following assistance will be offered free of charge on domestic and international flights:
| Delay period | Attendance |
|---|---|
| 30 minutes | Hydration with non-alcoholic beverages in constant supplies. |
| 02 hours | Refreshments, including non-alcoholic beverages in constant supplies. |
| 04 hours | Breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on the time, consisting of a portion of food, carbohydrates, vegetables and non-alcoholic drinks. |
This scheme will be repeated until the affected flight is carried out.
